This Alderson 1959 LP Singlecut is a historic re-production expertly built by John Alderson (Delta Resonators). Having access to the 'real thing' in his workshop as a benchmark, it's probably the closest thing to you're going to get, without spending in excess of £200k. We really can't express, just how good this guitar is. There have been many 'Burst' and industry enthusiasts that have been blown away when playing these reproductions.
John does not build these guitars to make money, it is the definition of a passion project. If you calculated the hours he has spent crafting these reproductions you would be astounded. Years of research has gone into getting all the fine details as accurate as possible. As John nears the end of his luthier career, he has chosen this guitar to use the last of the old stock Honduras Mahogany that he purchased many years ago.
