Alderson 1953-54 LP Singlecut Historic Re-Production Gold Top Lightly Aged

This Alderson Gold Top is a historic re-production expertly built by John Alderson (Delta Resonators) based on a late 1953/'54 spec model. Those of you familiar with John's work will know what a fine and well respected luthier he is. Honing his craft for many years with an un-matched enthusiasm and knowledge for single-cuts from this era. We proudly stock the last of these world class LP's.

John does not build these guitars to make money, it is the definition of a passion project. If you calculated the hours he has spent crafting these reproductions you would be astounded. Years of research has gone into getting all the fine details as accurate as possible. As John nears the end of his luthier career, he has now used the last of the old stock Honduras Mahogany that he purchased many years ago making this a truly one off piece.
